We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is wonderful and it is a short walk from stadium events and resteraunt. Great patio and fantastic kitchen/living area. I would recommend this apartment if you need a place to stay in Indy.

This property is fantastic. Had everything we needed and then some. Neighborhood was fantastic and walkable to Lucas Oil Stadium, downtown, several breweries and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owner had excellent communication and super helpful.

Great condo

3 night stay with my daughter and another mom/daughter for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The place was clean, updated, decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, Nespresso machine is great, plenty of basic kitchen supplies… we were at the tournament most of our stay but the neighborhood looked cute and had lots of dining options nearby. Loved the Venmo wine option even though we didn’t partake it’s a brilliant idea.

A small group of us stayed for a girls night in Indy. The apartment is absolutely adorable and located in a very nice & safe neighborhood. The location was perfect. We could have easily walked downtown but opted for a $10 urber ride. All communication with the owner was easy & promt. I would definitely book again.

Great weekend getaway

My girlfriends and I felt safe and welcome in this 2 bed apartment over a cute flower shop. The hosts were great and had everything appointed well in the design and comforts of a stay away from home. It was close to downtown and great restaurants. Easy access to highway, and all the Indy sites. We were there in January on an extremely cold weekend, so the beautiful large windows although let in amazing light, it was cool in the main living space. However the bedrooms were comfortable and warm! I would most definitely stay there again. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Cute apartment in a great location

We were very pleased with the amenities that the apartment offered and the convenient location. Had a little trouble getting in the door with the code only because the sun was shining on the keypad and I couldn’t see the check mark and didn’t know I was supposed to push it after entering the code. Only other complaint is that the online listing said there was a hot tub and there is not. We probably wouldn’t have had time to use it anyway. I appreciated the notes, suggestions and instructions left by the host on the island. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful unit, wonderful location

We found both the neighborhood itself and the apartment to be even better than we anticipated. The photos don't really do it justice. This was probably the nicest rental we've booked in the last several years. My wife has a lot of environmental sensitivities - to smells, mold, certain types of cleaning products, noises, etc. - so booking rental units is always a crapshoot for us, and there have been cases where we had to leave a unit before the booking was complete. But we had zero environmental issues with this unit. So if you're in that same boat as us, you should be able to book with confidence! There was a little bit of traffic noise from the nearby interstate, but it's only noticeable when you are on the balcony. Which we fully recommend, by the way, ending our evenings by sitting on the balcony looking at the Indy skyline was a highlight for us. The kitchen was amazing too, we didn't cook anything on our trip, but this would be a great rental if you are planning to make meals. We were in town for a 3-day event in Fountain Square, which was about a 12 minute walk from the apartment, but it was a very pleasant walk past numerous shops and restraurants, so we enjoyed it. We aren't usually spooked by this sort of thing, but nevertheless walking back through the neighborhood late at night still felt safe. I only have nice things to say, we're already hoping to book the same unit if we come back for the same event next year.
