I sure hate to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. We strive to provide a 5 star experience to each and every guest. I wish you would have contacted me when you found these things, I personally would have come out and went through each complaint to make it right. I did check on all of your complaints. We have a drying rack and plenty of dish towels, sponges and scrub daddy. The drying rack is on top of the fridge with towels inside. We will move this where it is more visible. Dish wash cloths and sponge were in the cabinet under the coffee pot area. and a scrub daddy was on the sink. The cleaner did only leave 2 wash clothes, I could have brought you more within 15 minutes or gave you access to the supply closet. This has been taken care of going forward. I cannot speak about the floor and shower as it was not as it was when you arrived when we checked it, but I would have fixed it all by sweeping and mopping & cleaning again. Unfortunately cobwebs can form very quickly after we clean, we did find one but this is part of a cabin in the woods. As you can see we have 49 vrbo reviews and all of which are 5 star reviews. You are a very valuable guest and I hope you will give us the chance to host you again so we can demonstrate our commitment to excellence.

I’m so sorry for the delay, I could not get the item retrieved until guests left and it was a long stay. Then I was on vacation for a week and couldn’t get it from the caretaker until I got back. This is why we encourage you to triple check for anything you may have left behind.
