The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining, whether you’re hosting friends or simply enjoying a quiet night in.

Access the fully fenced-in backyard, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. This inviting outdoor space features patio furniture and a charcoal grill for your convenience. Enjoy direct access to the garage from the backyard, and take advantage of a private gravel parking spot located right next to the garage.

Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome pets at this property! We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and that you clean up after them in the yard. If additional yard cleanup is required and we need to hire a service, a flat fee of $150 will apply. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone!

Great house, great location. Top notch kitchen house is setup for three couples or a family with several kids. Also great for business travel. Host communicates was great. Safe neighborhood with enough parking.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our Stay at Sunny Blue was great, very nice house!The rooms worked out very well for 6 Adults, 2 Kids & 1 Dog that were in our party. The only problem was the garage door opener stopped working one day when we were trying to leave & we had to figure out how to get the door to close.
