Great place to stay at! Rooms were clean and big with full size kitchen. My only complaint is I called a week prior to get two rooms together and they said that they took notes. When I arrived and after talking to the front desk personal, they knew nothing about it. Meaning, no one took notes for my ask. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This place is phenomenal!! Such easy and kind check in and staff. Room was very spacious and CLEAN!! Nice hot water in shower, super comfortable beds/pillows and very quiet. There are plenty of food choices around the area and also good snack options in the hotels shop area. By far our favorite hotel. Thanks for such a peaceful stay

We had to have a maintenance man for the refrigerator about 10:30 PM. HE SMELLED OF Pot really strong, filled the room with it.
Didnt have any problems just thought the manager might need to know.
We really enjoyed the room and the priceCAN YOU SEND ME A Recept forTHE Charges. Thank you.

Was a great hotel. I just didn’t like that there was a door on the other side of the room leading to another room. Everything else was alright.

The hotel and my room were lovely. It was all immaculately clean and quiet. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, and the price was perfect. I will stay there again.

Booked hotel for the night and went to steak and shake to eat when i got to hotel it was locked. I tried the number on the door, messaged here and got no answer. Talked to expedia for over an hour as they tried to contact hotel. I did not get refund because it was non refundable (although expedia said i would). Never got phone call, text or anything thay i had 15 minutes from booking to get to hotel before they locked up.
Waste of money and a total ripoff. I have never been compensated for trip like i was promised from expedia when i talked to them.

This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I came in late Friday night for NBA Allstar weekend only to walk into my room to the stench of old rotten fish. There is no one physically at the front desk so you have to constantly call a number that they hardly answer. I asked for a refund because I could not stay there because I'm allergic to shellfish. I was denied the refund for no reason. I had to find another room after midnight during a busy weekend and ended up paying double the price for the other room. It's a shame that I'm being penalized because of THEIR room that was uninhabitable. Never again will I patronize this establishment.

Basic necessities. Large suite with kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice workout facilities. The only reason we didn’t give it five stars is towels were small, water pressure wasn’t high and highway noise affected sleep.

It's a wonderful place. I think the floors need a Swiffer or mop/steamer taken to them on a regular basis my feet were getting black this morning. Otherwise great!

Disliked: Staff & service
Could not make it due to family commitments and they were not flexible at all at offering any type of refund, all or in part. I called early in the morning of the stay to explain the issue and there was no budging or sympathy. I never stayed there but was charged an entire night. I know rules are rules, but I will certainly never stay there in the future.
