I stayed here three nights and slept soundly in the comfy bed. The apartment was quiet and clean and nicely furnished. It's next to Massachusetts Avenue which has lots of great restaurants. The location was perfect for my trip.

Cute little place, could use some updates, but overall, Nice. The management company is very responsive, and helpful. Small kitchen with appliances, full size refrigerator, and dishes. Great downtown neighborhood. Queen size bed. The bad: Loud restaurant hood vent right outside the window. AC is also very loud.

The Argyle is located in a cool part of Indianapolis with lots of options for food and drinks. The common spaces of the building show their age but the units themselves are quite nice. Getting to the location and getting in and out of the unit and building is easy. A good place to stay!

Overall, we did not have the best experience here. The area is great--super walkable, great restaurants, shopping, etc. But the overall experience at the Argyle wasn't great. The apartments were dingy, the towels smelled of mildew and things just felt like they were falling apart. Example, toilet paper folder was loose, towel rack holder also loose, just in general, not a top notch experience. Communication was good though we didn't get the code for our second apartment until 1 hour past check-in and it required a text and a call. Great for location, apartment condition not so much.

Was in town for a swim meet at IUPUI - quick 10 minute drive so that was great. Location is amazing - walking distance to great restaurants and many things to do just outside of the inner city. Very clean. Only negative is the street noise - bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space for the price. WiFi was not honestly horrible for working but if you are there for an event or just to explore the area it is perfect. Noise is an issue but that’s the cost for staying on a great lively street. But again price was ideal. I will flag, there were some check-in issues but the team handled it quickly. I do have concerns if I were to check in late they may not have been as responsive and I could have been locked out of my room for a while.

Comfortable but needs improvement

The location of the apartment was excellent, easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and downtown. Beds are very comfortable but we were woken up by neighbouring apartments and street noise. Be aware there is no lift which is a pain with luggage. The apartment needs a refurb - the sofa and chairs are heavily stained and the shower was poor. The entrance to the building is filthy, not a good first impression. For us it was ok for one night but wouldn’t have wanted to stop longer.

Initially the was poor communication. After booking I wasn't provided an apartment number or building access. This lead to a lot of frustration. After being contacted by Rep for the building i was provided with the necessary information to complete my stay. The apartment itself was really nice and well keep. No parking is provided so you will have to pay the meter. The flip side is that you are within walking distance from various restaurants and entertainment. Overall the apartment was worth all the hassle.
