- Newly updated ranch home! Sleeps up to 22. Central location, close to Grand Park, restaurants and other venues - Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indiana Raceway Park, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis Convention Center, Carmel Palladium and Ruoff Music Center. Located on a quiet road with large yard, plenty of parking. Large living/dining spaces. Tons of room to entertain. All furniture is brand new and comfortable.
Great for housing a sports team, wedding party or reunion attendees! Bunk room sleeps 12 with USB ports located by each bed and throughout the house. Smart TVs in all queen bedrooms and living room. On-site washer and dryer. Large back deck overlooks fenced in yard. Large adjacent lot allows for privacy, yard games or additional parking.
Fully stocked with everything you need and Owners are local and available if any need arises.
