Freshly renovated, it looks like new construction and is too cute not to see. Our VRBO house next door sleeps up to13- great for a large combined group. The house is 5 minutes from downtown Noblesville, 7 miles from Grand Park, and 1 mile from Mustard Seed Gardens.

Beautiful, new house up the hill from the river
This house is immaculate, and the kind, thoughtful host has thought thought of everything we might need, including chocolates! It's on the property of a canoe-trekking company company, and we enjoyed sitting on the lawn and walking down the hill to look at the river. The neighborhood is a little busy with traffic, but overall that didn't impact the quality of our stay.
