First, Expedia transferred me to this website for this hotel even though I had clicked on a different hotel which I did not realize did not come up. Checked in and had a series of discoveries. Design wise, poor, has a curb without a ramp in front of the door requiring a round about way of rolling the luggage cart over to the handicapped parking area, the toilet paper holder is mounted about 10 inches back from where it should be mounted. Discovered that my room door would not latch allowing anybody to simply push on the door to open it, only time it was secure was when it was locked from inside the room. Went to report it to the front desk but it was closed because the hotel was full. Other faults in the room do to lack of proper maintance.

I loved the view in my room of the lake. Stovetop was so nice to have. Felt safe and staff was friendly and so helpful.

Well, you get what you pay for! When we arrived you had to call a number to have someone come downstairs to check you in. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm so it was like we arrived at the middle of the night. Took the lady about 20 mins to come downstairs. Then as we got of the elevator the floors were awful. Need to be vacuumed. Food crumbs and paper all over hallway. In rooms trash cans had not been emptied with nasty bloody tissues in both cans. Don’t get me started of the cheap bed. We have up on get the water to ever get hot.
