"Working in the area, so this was a fun, clean hotel to hang out in. Clean room, helpful staff, cold A/C. Very nice for the price."

"I do not travel very much at all, so but thought "it's a Holiday Inn, it's gotta be good." The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with comfy beds and a big walk-in shower. AMAZING breakfast every morning with all sorts of hot food and options, and the staff had eatery suggestions and even have a list of places that deliver to the hotel. I was visiting Louisville for business purposes at the convention center, which was a quick walk from the Holiday Inn and that was super convenient... no cabs or ubers needed! I'd happily rebook at this location in the future and two of my colleagues who also stayed there and travel a LOT said it was an excellent location and were very happy."

"The air conditioning wasn't working well. It was very hot making it difficult to sleep. There was water damage throughout the hotel - peeling and bubbled wallpaper & my friend's room next door had wet carpet and sagging floors. The bathroom had a dirty vent and the mirror in there was coming apart. The luggage cart had a flat tire. I expected a better experience especially with the price we paid. "

"Tried to cancel due to a venue change. The manager basically refused to talk to us. I have had hundreds of hotel stays . 1st time a manager has ghosted us. I am so upset with this out come I may quit Expedia and never stay in a embassy suites again."

"Evening reception with free drinks and snacks is a nice added bonus. Friendly staff. Made to order omelettes at breakfast are yummy. Excellent location with easily walkable area to waterfront, restaurants, and events in Covington and Cincinnati. Fitness center had everything I needed for cardio and weights as well as towels and water. Easy parking in garage was $12/night during the week."

"We had a good stay except that the front desk called our room 3 times at 5:15AM and called us by the wrong name and told us that we had food at the front desk. We didn't order any food. Bad to be awakened at 5:15 on a Saturday when you planned to sleep in."
