"It was fine for the most part, perfectly serviceable hotel. The problem is that it costs WAY too much for what you get. Both the hotel itself and the cafe in the hotel were mediocre product for luxury prices. Also, one of their elevators was out of order for the entirety of a convention weekend, so there was a ton of waiting to get back to the lobby from higher floors. When you know you are gonna have a high traffic weekend, you NEED to prioritize that repair beforehand. I would only stay again if they cut the prices by a lot."

"The staff was amazing, especially David at the front desk. A beautiful lobby bar and iconic lounge with amazing cocktails. I had breakfast in my room ..a beautiful avocado toast, poached egg, loaded with fresh crab and a bowl of sweetest berries. They upgraded me to a junior suite, and all the amenities were great. "
