The house, pool and all the amenities were wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Most importantly the response from Anna’s team was the best I have ever experienced - above and beyond helpful to make our visit the best

Will stay there again

The backyard had many fun games which were all in good shape. The house was dated but very clean. The beds and bedding were new and comfortable. We were impressed by the kitchen. It was well stocked and had many brand new things such as cutting boards, etc which is rare in rentals. We were able to cook most of our meals in. Anna was wonderful. The grill needed to have repairs. We were concerned that having workers there would not fit into our plans. She immediately brought in a new gas grill for our time there. We plan to visit that area again. I will definitely consider renting it next year.

The great cousins Hang out!

A really lovely residence for a big group gathering - plenty of private space and a diverse set of gathering spaces for the group; Indoors, in the yard, by the grill! We enjoyed the entertainment of billiards, yard games, basket ball and the terrific pool and furnishings. (missed yoga mats, however); We noted that some bedrooms did not have a bedside lamp and a couple hand railings were a bit loose, but otherwise we were very comfortable. We were surprised to have to pay extra to heat the pool, but the funds were well worth it. We enjoyed our time in the house immensely and in the pool, and the yard! The Palm Springs area had great things like the tram to Jacinta State Park and the nearby Joshua Tree National Park. We dined very well when we were using the great kitchen and grill facilities, too.

Family vacation

Great location for families with adults. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Pool and games provided entertainment. Some kitchen and games equipment needs to be replaced, but overall met our needs very, very well.

A little rough around the edges, but great for large groups

I had a group of 12 staying in this house for stagecoach weekend and it for all intents and purposes it was great. The rooms and beds aligned perfectly so that we all had enough space, the pool was fantastic, and there were enough bathrooms that there was never a backup trying to get ready. No one from our group was unhappy with this stay, which is really saying something. Additionally, the property manager is VERY responsive (almost immediately) which was very comforting. That said, there were a few things about the house that could have been better. The gap under the front door is not weather sealed and is easily a full inch of open space. When we opened the front door the first thing we saw was dead cockroaches on the landing. This was actually something we kept noticing in other areas like the kitchen and bathrooms as well. The bbq in the backyard is also semi broken, in that it works, but the lid is messed up and the grates don’t sit right. There are cute things outside like a basketball court and some lawn games, but the rim is bent, the balls are flat, and the lawn games aren’t well taken care of so they’re essentially broken as well. During our stay it was pretty windy one day and it blew a ton of sand into the pool making it look a little gross. There’s no pool cleaning equipment, and though we were told the cleaner was called, they never showed up and we have to swim in it while it was dirty. Lastly, there was no handbook so we had to figure everything out on our own or by bugging the property manager. Things like WiFi passwords, how to start the fire pit, checkout procedures, etc all had to go through me, when really it should have been documented and available on the coffee table for anyone to review. All in all, for what we needed it for the house was great. I would just like to see what I consider to be minor improvements before we stay here again

Perfect location for small get together!

Property was beautiful, and very family friendly. We hosted a small birthday celebration and it was an amazing setting with awesome accommodations. Host was very quick to answer any questions I had.

Beautiful property and very accommodating for large group

Anne and her team were awesome to deal with and so quick to respond with great recommendations on restaurants and golf courses to get Tee times etc.!! A group of us flew in early for a business meeting and needed somewhere that could accommodate 8 or more people, THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND EASILY HAD PLENTY OF SPACE!! Next time we are out in Bermuda Dunes we will definitely stay again!!

The best

My family and I had the best weekend getaway. Anna was a super host! She was prompt to answer all our requests and is seriously the best! We are already planning our next year’s vacation to go back to one of Anna’s properties. I would highly recommend! Everything was exactly how pictured; very clean and beautiful. Thank you for an amazing mini vacation. Our kids had a blast!
