New Game Room 1,000 sqft with Vintage Pool Table, Darts, Poker Table, Craps, Arcade, 75" television. Saltwater Pool & Spa, plenty of outdoor seating, Racetrack for Kids to play on the Razor and Pedal Bikes, Scooters and Fun Cars. Enjoy the Sunset going down over the mountain view while seated around the firepit. New furniture in our living room and dining, new flooring, spacious kitchen to entertain at the twin kitchen islands - fully stocked. Minutes to the Polo Grounds for LaCrosse and Soccer Tournaments, Coachella and Stagecoach.

We had over 50 five-star reviews prior to performing upgrades to the property. We are now happy to make the property available once again.

New Game Room with vintage pool table, ping pong, arcade, basketball, darts, poker table and 75" television in this air-conditioned space nearly 1,000 sqft. Large eat-in kitchen with double islands and 2 separate dining areas, along with dining in the outdoor patio, seating for 24 persons. Heated Pool at no add'l charge! Firepit, mini-golf and a paved racetrack for the Kids to run the bikes included at the home. 3 of the bedrooms are ensuite and then the bunkbed room has it's own bath as well. 85" television and plenty of seating for the party in the living room.

This is a 3000 sqft home with a new Game Room, air-conditioned, and this has a private yard with heated saltwater pool, spa, firepit, mini-golf, outdoor dining, bbq grill and a paved racetrack for the Kids to run the Razor, scooters and pedal bikes included.

Enjoy our gated community of Montage; it is nice for walking around; we are just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds ; approx. 3 miles to the Village of La Quinta; close to shopping and restaurants.

Great neighborhood to walk around. Parking is limited to 3-4 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage, if needed; we have an EV Charger also. Street parking is only available until 10:00 pm.

Private gated community of Montage is just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds and about 10 minutes from La Quinta; make a day trip to Joshua Tree. Add'l information on suggested Tours and Things to Do.

The welcoming ambiance into the house was awesome with low playing instrumental music. Our host was fast to respond when I had a question. PLENTY of space, seating and accommodations for a hosting. We enjoyed our stay here and was equipped with fun things for keeping our littles entertained. We can’t wait to book our next vacay here again!

Great family stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was very accommodating and prompt. They supplied everything for the kids, kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Would certainly stay again.

Great property, great property management!

We were in town for large youth sports event. The accommodations were great, providing a plenty of entertainment for both kids and parents.Janet was very communicative and helpful, particularly with one of our kids coming down with an illness the day of checkout. All and all, it was a great experience!

Memories For Ever

We had four adult children and 6 grandchildren ranging from 7-13. The house was well equipped for everyone from the kitchen to the game room to the epic backyard and pool area. I really can’t say enough!
