The spacious master suite features a king bed and direct access to the outdoor spa, while two additional bedrooms offer comfort with a king bed and two twin beds respectively, each equipped with TVs and streaming capabilities. A full bathroom conveniently serves these bedrooms.

Entertain effortlessly in the open-concept kitchen with a gas stove, dining table for 8, and a large island for additional seating. The adjacent great room boasts a 65" flat-screen TV and opens to a beautifully tiled outdoor living space. Here, a built-in grill, beverage fridge, and cozy seating around an outdoor fireplace invite you to unwind against a backdrop of mountain views.

Guests of The Golden Spot also enjoy exclusive access to two large community pools and the Indian Palms CC Lifestyle Center, offering fitness facilities, pickleball, tennis, and bocce ball, all within a gated community setting. Additional amenities include a laundry room, a two-car garage, and recreational options like beach-cruiser bicycles and foot scooters.
