This newly built home is a corner lot so you have plenty of privacy, beautiful views of the lake and one of the biggest properties in Terra Lago. Spacious backyard for hanging out with a cocktail at night and coffee in the morning. Heated pool/spa, Game room/loft with queen sofa bed, 2 Kings, 1 Queens, 1 bunk bed with a queen and twin top, 2 roll aways. 6 miles from Empire Polo Club for Coachella, Stagecoach and all festivals. 1 1/2 mile from Fantasy Springs Casino and 2 miles from Spotlight 29 Casino. 412 game arcade, two 75 inch smart TVs with Apple TV, 55 inch TVs in all bedrooms, JBL bluetooth speaker, Drip coffee Keurig pod combo, all kitchen amenities, playgrounds for kids.
