Ideal California experience of fun in this private home in the community of Montage. Close to the Festivals at the Polo Grounds, just minutes away - super convenient location for LaCrosse and Soccer Tournaments. Stay and relax in the newly renovated backyard by the pool and spa; enjoy playing bocce, darts, poker or basketball in our new Game Room. This is luxury resort living with all the comforts of a fully stocked home, heated pool and spa and a sweet place to watch the sunset at the firepit. The Kids will love the pizza oven and it's easy in our outdoor kitchen.

This home is 4,000 sqft single story with an extremely roomy kitchen with 2 kitchen islands, seating at the kitchen bar and dining room seating. There is outside seating under the patio cover that will seat approx. 24 guests. 5 Bedrooms offer of sleeping arrangements. Spacious living room with seating for the whole party with an 85" television and fireplace. Laundry room available for your use.

We keep the Pool & Spa heated for your comfort at no extra nightly charge! The kids will love the pool while you relax by the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoy the Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Mini Golf and water toys.

The entire home is available for your stay. 4,000 sqft home with large eat-in Kitchen opening to the Living Room with Fireplace/85" television.

Private gated community of Montage located at Madison and 49th right on the border of Indio and LaQuinta. Minutes to PGA West for Golf and just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds and close to Village of La Quinta.

Private gated community of Montage allows for street parking until 10:00 pm. Private driveway for 3-4 cars; Garage parking for 1 vehicle. EV Charging also available at our home.

We had over 50 five-star reviews prior to performing upgrades to the property. We are now happy to make the property available once again.

The Game Room is nearly 1,000 sqft and has A/C to keep it cool. We have bocce ball, mini golf, pool & spa; outdoor kitchen with bbq grill and pizza oven and outdoor seating with fireplace for approx. 24 people. the Game Room has a vintage pool table, ping pong, arcade games, poker table, darts & more.
