WHAT ARE THE ACCOMODATIONS?
Your vacation rental is completely furnished and well stocked with all major and small appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig coffee bean grinder, blender, toaster, Crock pot, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... The kitchen is well equipped with all basic dining and serving essentials, including plates, bowls, silverware, cooking and grilling utensils, wine and drinking glasses, bar and wine accessories. If you find yourself in need of something, please contact me so I can accommodate your request.
HOUSE SUPPLIES
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, basic cooking spices, hand soap, his & her body wash, and shampoo & conditioner. Other items include pool towels for all guests.
TRANSPORTATION
Your vacation home is central to many attractions, including walking distance to Coachella Fairgrounds & Stagecoach, Polo fields, and biking distance to Old Town La Quinta. Included are four easy riding beach cruiser bicycles equipped with lights, helmets and locks, if you choose to take a stroll. Of course any ride share service (Uber & Lyft) and traditional transit services (Taxi & Bus) are always available too. If you drove or rented a car, you may park 2 car(s) in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is strictly monitored and enforced to 2 cars. If you plan on attending the music festivals, there is a shuttle service close by, or you may opt to rent bikes or use a ride share service.
LOCATION
Minutes from the Coachella Festivals, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Empire Polo Fields, Old Town La Quinta and many golf courses. Hwy 111 is just down the street 2 blocks with Costco, Target, Starbucks, Coffee Bean & Tea, Super Walmart, and many other chain and local stores. Dining options are abundant and close. Just minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs and many valley casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

LOCAL ORDINANCE / GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
I encourage you to enjoy my property; however, if there is a noise complaint and the sheriff responds you will receive a fine from $500-$5000 from the City of Indio, followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued a refund for issues related to a noise ordinance violation. It is important to respect the quiet enjoyment of neighbors. There is a mandatory 10% City of Indio Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) added to your stay, which may have been collected at time of reservation.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have full access to the entire house and backyard with extreme privacy!
CHILDREN & POOL
NOTE: There is no lifeguard on site and there is no safety pool fence around pool. There are two exterior access doors equipped with door breach alarms connected to the house alarm that will chime every time the doors are opened (back patio door & master bedroom slider). Guests have read and understand that their children(s) safety is their priority and they are responsible for proper adult supervision. There is no diving allowed into the pool or spa. This pool is only 5-6 feet in depth and diving is extremely dangerous and could lead to serious injury or death.
House Rules: Please follow our rules and respect the home
1. No smoking of cigarettes, vape, weed or any other drugs in home or outside home on patio or back yard areas. Any smoking products or smell will be a fine to guests for disobeying house rules.
2. No glass around pool or in pool. Broken glass found will be fined.
3. No graffiti in back yard or pool - $500 fine
4. Quiet hours in home and outside on backyard/patios - Must be abided 9pm - 8am Monday thru Thursday and 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday - any noise at night whether talking loud, partying, music, will be a police call to the home and a $5000 fine. Neighbors and Indio are very strict and will enforce.
