"Be aware, when the listing says that they have a good selection of books and board games, they mean that they have 4 board games, and a very small selection of religious and self-help books. It was clear that the host had not checked on the house in a long time, there were half a dozen dead bugs and spiders on the floors, in sinks, and in the bathtub; there was still Christmas decor up throughout the house (it was the middle of April when we stayed). Otherwise, overall, the house was fine."
