"The hospitality was amazing. I was only there a few hours due to a snowstorm, but the front desk went above and beyond. For that alone I recommend staying here. You can teach or buy hospitality, either you have it or you don’t, and they do!"
"We had an overnight layover in Belgrade and booked Hotel Mar last-minute when we landed through Expedia. As soon as I called to arrange airport transportation, the front desk representative answered with, “Hello Mrs. Marberry,” which immediately impressed me. Although the shuttle wasn’t available at that moment, he carefully explained how to get a taxi from the airport without getting scammed, which I truly appreciated.
When we arrived, he was just as professional in person. The hotel lobby was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed having a drink in the lobby bar, and the waitress was incredibly nice and welcoming — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. Our room was clean, thoughtfully themed, and extremely comfortable.
After settling in, we grabbed a bite to eat, and the same gentleman at the front desk arranged a taxi to and from the restaurant for us — excellent service from start to finish.
The price was excellent, especially for the level of service and quality we received. Great accommodations, outstanding customer service, and only about 12 minutes from the airport. We would definitely stay here again!
5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
"The room was very clean. The decor throughout the hotel was first class. The owners are Chinese and cater to a mostly Chinese clientele, but they are able to speak good English."
"The hotel was very clean, looked nice, and was in a good location. The hotel provides a good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service."
