We loved our stay at the hotel staff were very friendly. Dennis the manager was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The position is great so close to everything. 10 min walk from the station close to the supermarket and the Main Street of Innsbruck.

Very efficient hotel - nice big rooms and beds plus good breakfast. It was though overheated and it was difficult to get the aircon to work to reduce the temperature to something comfortable for sleeping.

Very beautiful hotel, close to the train station and there is a casino just next to the hotel. Good service and clean, there is an option to get breakfast for $5 which includes a coffee, pastry and fruit.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has a good central location in Innsbruck with superb mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the provision of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room is appreciated. Getting to and from Innsbruck airport is very straight forward as the bus stops for the airport bus, Line F, are right outside.

We had a beautiful room with a view of mountains and the sunrise. The location is very walkable since it was close to the train station as well as the major attractions. The staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. Great spread on the breakfast buffet as well.

Great location, beautiful views.

The view from the room was gorgeous, especially at sunrise when we woke up, the sun was shining right on the mountain peaks. The room was very clean and comfortable, very spacious as well. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay there.
