Amazing

Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im KlosterbrĂ€u gefreut, wurden jedoch in mehreren Punkten enttĂ€uscht. Unser Auto wurde vom Parkservice mit geöffnetem Fenster abgestellt – ein absolutes No-Go, insbesondere bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Zudem war der Tisch beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen regelmĂ€ĂŸig nur fĂŒr zwei statt drei Personen gedeckt, obwohl die Reservierung eindeutig war. Besonders enttĂ€uschend war der Wellnessbereich: Anstelle von Ruhe und Entspannung herrschte dort den ganzen Tag ĂŒber Trubel. Kinder und Erwachsene sprangen mit Wasserbomben ins Wasser, was eine Erholung unmöglich machte. Hier hĂ€tte man sich deutlich mehr Aufsicht und RĂŒcksichtnahme gewĂŒnscht. Am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts wurde zudem unsere Reservierung im Restaurant schlichtweg vergessen. Der Chef hat zwar kurzfristig eine Lösung organisiert und ein GesprĂ€ch zur KlĂ€rung am nĂ€chsten Tag angekĂŒndigt – dieses GesprĂ€ch hat jedoch nie stattgefunden. Insgesamt blieb der Service leider weit hinter unseren Erwartungen zurĂŒck. Schade, denn das Haus an sich hĂ€tte viel Potenzial fĂŒr einen wirklich besonderen Aufenthalt

Hotel trÚs agréable, qualité des repas excellente, le SPA est trÚs grand, il est équipé de 2 saunas et d'1 hammam, il y a 2 piscines chauffées dont une en extérieur. Par contre rien n'est vraiment prévu pour la clientÚle francophone qui se trouve bloquée par la barriÚre de la langue (clientÚle Russe, Italienne et germanique), nous étions les seuls français dans l'hÎtel. Par ailleurs le garage est à l'extérieur de l'hÎtel ce qui n'est pas pratique et l'hÎtel est situé en zone piétonne ce qui rend son accÚs à l'arrivé difficile.

Mehr als empfehlenswert!!! Das Hotel ist familiengefĂŒhrt und das merkt & erlebt man auch. Man ist von Sekunde 1 zu Gast im KlosterbrĂ€u und nicht „Kunde“. Das gesamte Ambiente von Wellness, ĂŒber Speisesaal, hin zu Weinkeller, Pool, Karmin, Bar bis Zimmereinrichtung ist alles außerordentlich hervorragend. Doch absolut herausstechend ist das gesamte Team im KlosterbrĂ€u- mehr als lobenswert. Immer gerne wieder.

Superb hotel in the heart of bustling Seefeld.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!! Very high standard all round, food excellent, staff pleasant and accommodating. Only downside was the Bar man inthe evening, inattentive and no interest in serving drinks after 11, was put out to be asked and it was a huge compliment to get one despite the prices you were paying!!! However I won’t let this put me off returning!!

The hotel was excellent and the staff extremely friendly. We really felt warmly welcomed to the hotel which is very beautiful, clean and - most importantly - caused wow-effect when we entered it for the first time (and times after that). We strongly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there also next time when we are in Seefeld.

This family owned hotel is truly amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, knows your name and room number immediately after check kn. The owners are on site and check in with you daily. The hotel is Newly remodeled and beautifully located. The pool, garden as well as spa are beautifully designed. This hotel is a must when staying in or around Seefeld.

Have stayed here many times, everything is a bit tired this time possibly pending major spring refurb? Staff are all great but food not as good as normal, a few other minor points which bring the usually great standard down a bit.
