"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. "I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Although the solo rooms look small in the photos, they are quite big and comfortable. The hotel is well-kept, has very helpful staff and offers a great breakfast. It's also well-located, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Be aware that if you don't book your room with breakfast included, it will be an extra €32, which is too steep a price for what is on offering."

"Only stayed for one night and mostly booked this hotel for the car park. The room was spacious and a little basic but functional. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room (kettle was provided when asked but we had our own tea) and overall we thought that the hotel needed some maintenance. The breakfast was much better than expected with a good selection. The bus stop into town (bus 6) just opposite the hotel and it was easy enough to get around. Reception staff were great."

"Excellent and friendly service at the front desk upon arriving. Extremely well appointed room (loved the motion nightlights by the bathroom) and very comfortable bed. Lots of natural light with all the windows in the room. It was also very nice to have the restaurant within the hotel too! Wish I had known more about the history of the StieglBräu location and restaurant from 1912!"
