Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. "Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "Our stay was very good! Location right next to train station was awesome! Front Desk staff went above and beyond, including staying after his shift to assist & ensure we all had what we needed. The close proximity to the bus stops was equally important for our excursions! We would definitely recommend here for travelers who will be exploring the area & need a great, comfy location."
