Apt. AM YACHTHAFEN - Beautiful holiday apartment directly at the harbor

  • From the comfortably furnished living room you can access the beautiful south-facing balcony.

    From here you can look directly at the harbor (fairground) of Kirchdorf and enjoy the Baltic Sea air.

    A bedroom with a double bed and the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 3 people.

    The spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, which is well equipped, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

    The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.

    For reasons of space, a travel cot cannot be placed in the bedroom in this apartment.

    A high chair is available for our little guests.

    There is a parking space at the house and a bicycle storage room in the basement.

    1 pet is very welcome!

    Smoking is not permitted in this apartment!

Wir sind immer wieder begeistert in unserer Ferienwohnung zu sein . Wir haben eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen und nach Wismar . Dieses Jahr war es ein besondereres Erlebnis durch den Wintereinbruch . Wir Thüringer kennen schöne Winter , aber an der See ist es noch eine andere Hausnummer . Einfach nur toll !!!

Das war jetzt mein 10 ter Urlaub in der Residenz am Yachthafen, jeweils in verschiedenen Wohnungen, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Bei der Buchung dacht ich noch,das anhand der Bilder , die Wohnung sehr spartanisch eingerichtet sei! Aber sie war nahezu perfekt! Fast alles da was man so im Urlaub braucht, gut durchdacht und strukturiert. Das einzige was mir eventuell gefehlt hat,war eine Uhr im Wohnzimmer und ein Flüssigkeitsmessbecher. Auch der Badumbau unter einbeziehen des unnötigen Abstellraumes ist sehr gut gelungen . Bei der Schlüsselabholung im PAS Büro wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man Vorrab die Info gehabt hätte, das man direkt vor das Büro Am schwarzen Busch anfahren kann ! ! ! Denn ich habe extra einen Parkschein für die 20 Minuten ziehen müssen und der Weg zum Büro ist für Menschen mit Kniearthrose auch nicht gut zu laufen. Ansonsten wären es zwei schöne Wochen bei herrlichen Wetter und wir kommen bestimmt wieder in die Residenz ! ! !
