Apt. "Gartenoase" - Tastefully furnished apartment for 2-4 people

  • Pretty little apartment in a house in Kirchdorf.

    The living area is equipped with a satellite receiver and flat screen TV/video/DVD/HIFI.

    The open-plan kitchenette has everything you need for a successful holiday: dishwasher, ceramic hob, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will also find a comfortable seating and dining area here.

    The bedroom has a double bed for two people.

    The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

    You can let yourself be pampered by the sun on the beautiful terrace with garden furniture and adjoining garden.

    You can also use free internet access via WiFi.

    A travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests!

    The entire living area can be heated by underfloor heating.

    A parking space and a bicycle storage facility are available at the house.

    In the season from December 21st to January 5th, only bookings of 7 days or more are possible.

Kann nur gutes berichten. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Nur für größere Autos als wie mein Auto ist die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz schwierig. Aber ansonsten alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit.

Die Fenster wurden scheinbar schon ewig nicht mehr geputzt. In der Küche fehlten diese Frischhalteboxen für Lebensmittel. Wir hatten glücklicherweise Plastiktüten mit. Und die 2 Stellplätze für Pkws sind auch nicht ausreichend. Zumal in den Haus gegenüber gebaut wurde und es waren ständig Handwerker Autos da. Ansonsten waren wir ja sehr zufrieden.

Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Es wäre schön, wenn die Wohnung mit Insektenschutznetzen ausgestattet wäre. Auch ein kleiner Teppich oder dickere Gardinen, die den Schall ein wenig hemmen, wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Insel ist wunderschön und bleibt hoffentlich so natürlich und nicht zu überlaufen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
