Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir haben es sehr genossen. Zwei Dinge, die nicht direkt mit Ihnen zu tun haben: Unsere Enkelkinder sind sehr interessiert an Geschichte und Geschichten. Wir haben das Inselmuseum besucht, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es ist sicher eine Frage des Geldes, das in Museen immer knapp ist, daß die Außenanlagen der Erneuerung bedürfen. Die Unfreundlichkeit des Hausmeisters hat damit aber sicher nichts zu tun. Die Kurtaxe ist ein gutes und wichtiges Instrument zur Erhaltung und Pflege. Dafür wünscht man sich mehr gepflegte und zugängliche öffentliche Toiletten. Dies als kleine Anregung für die Verwaltung der Insel. Die Insel Poel ist immer wieder eine Reise wert mit großem Erholungsfaktor.

Kurzaufenthalt

Wir haben in der Mach mal Pause 3 Tage verbracht und sind täglich mit dem Rad längere Strecken gefahren. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für Radtouren ideal.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, leider gibt es ein kleines Ameisenproblem, was sich aber nicht auf den Wohlfühlfaktor ausgeübt hat. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, das wir die Fahrräder in einem Schuppen weg schließen konnten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
