  • The 60 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a house with 7 vacation apartments: (Pets allowed only during the early and late seasons)

    The Grauer Esel house is located near the beach in the small island village of Gollwitz, right on the village pond.
    The vacation apartments are located on the first floor and first floor.
    The property includes a large play and sunbathing area with playground equipment and a parking lot.
    A bus stop is located about 50 m away. There is also a small snack shop nearby in the FIP Ferienpark (subject to seasonal opening hours). There are also a few restaurants in the area. The natural beach with its offshore bird sanctuary is just 200 m away.

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in July and August! Pets are strictly prohibited in units 321, 322, and on the 3rd floor!



    Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
