"A great location and huge house. No back yard fencing for a dog. Really could do with a thorough clean. Dust on venetians, dust under the bed, mould on powerchords, odour coming from the fridge. We paid over 400 a night at peak time. Would expect better presentation and cleanliness for that money."

"Good value for the money, no air conditioning but fans worked well and the deck was pleasant. Had a good selection of dishes and utensils. Was a clean utilitarian unit and an easy walk to the beach and along the beach back to town (25 min flat beach walk). Solid basic condo and very friendly staff in town."

"A lovely family-friendly property nestled in the coastal forest of Rainbow beach. It had everything we needed for a 6 day beach holiday. We liked that it felt secluded when sitting on the deck. The large dinning room table was great for family meals and card/board games. The gas BBQ was a winner. Larger kitchen bins would of been nice to avoid multiple trips to the wheelie bins. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a family of 6. We will definitely be back."
