"Like being on a cruise ship on land. Everything is geared toward the masses, and not individuals. Front desk clerk messed up on check-in and our credit card was charged again for a prepaid room. Took a lot of time to (hopefully) straighten it out. The most expensive dining room on the property was the only one open for breakfast (others stopped serving breakfast or shut down by 9 or 10 AM). The restaurant we ate breakfast at had run out of fresh eggs, so many items on the menu were not available. How does a restaurant at a 650+ room hotel run out of eggs? Chose to eat all other meals off site."
