"I booked my stay with the description for a walk in shower but did not receive that option upon checkin."

"My room had a noticeable mildew odor in both the bedroom and bathroom areas. Upon looking around, I observed large stains throughout the carpet, which likely contributed to the smell. The room overall appeared outdated and not well maintained. The carpet throughout the building should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience. Removing carpet altogether may be a better long-term solution if proper upkeep cannot be maintained. Aside from these concerns, I did not experience any other major issues. However, considering the nightly rate, I would expect the rooms to be in much better condition. While the exterior of the property is well maintained with clean grounds and nicely manicured landscaping, the interior does not reflect that same level of care or investment."

"Older facility, but our room was clean. The a/c wasn't as strong as we would have liked and we kept it turned all the way, all night long, in order to sleep. Decent breakfast"
