"First, I want to say that everyone on the staff here is so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed getting to know Bakul. She made us feel very at home and helped us enjoy our stay. "The staff were friendly and helpful, but the amenities were poor the bath and shower room had broken taps and were not maintained and they were also filthy. Don't expect much from breakfast just one piece of roti and one egg, but decent bedroom with property located next to prime area within easy reach of main shopping place."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....
