"My boyfriend and I had a fantastic 3 day stay here. Quiet, comfortable, and clean, great location. Jerry was very welcoming and had great communication. 1000/10 absolutely would recommend! Other reviews had mentioned humidity issues; we did not experience this at all, especially turning the minisplit to "dry" setting for a bit. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Very cozy and clean. Everything seemed new and well taken care of. The gas fireplace was a nice extra touch, we used it every morning while we had coffee & breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to downtown North Conway and many restaurants. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but we were not looking for a "workcation" so we didn’t mind. Great weekend getaway location for a couple!"

"The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!"

"This was just an overnight stay to.break up the travel time to our destination. While the house was updated and had plenty of room, we found nail clippings on the floor of one of the bedrooms, the dining table had not been washed off with dried food, and we caught one of our dogs eating a plastic bag that was under a bed. The house itself was good, location convenient, however the cleaning could have been better."

"Cheaply made bedroom area, on a platform, major tripping hazard, not clearly marked with "watch your step. Thin walls, cheap sink.. flimsy. I could go on, but lets leave it at that."

"The property was overall clean and ready for our stay. The floors were a little dirty but the bed, bathroom, and kitchen was all very clean. Smelled fresh. Communication with Abbey and the team was super easy. We stayed for the White Mountain Half Marathon and had to leave very early in the morning. There were no issues checking in or out. The place is small but is everything you need for a stay away."

"We stayed here for a skiing weekend. The condo itself was well-kept up and comfortable. Fully stocked with kitchenware and bedding/linens. The owner, Paul, was extremely easy to contact - we had a problem connecting the the wi-fi, he called back immediately and we discovered that there was a typo in the check-in instructions. Problem solved. The amenities were great, small workout area, huge jacuzzi, nice steam room, lots of games (pool, pinball, arcade, etc.). My only complaints (and that...

"We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block.
