Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. To top it off, the complimentary airport transfers were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless. "We had a lovely short stay here in February, which is the quieter season (we were told domestic tourism peaks in January), so it felt especially peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful - the waterfalls are a real highlight - and we loved spotting the friendly peacocks wandering around the grounds. The resort is quite secluded, so dining options are mostly limited to the hotel’s restaurants, although there is a nice little coffee shop just a short walk away. We were also able to secure transport through the hotel to the nearby botanical gardens and Mon Jam, which was a great day out. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout - a really special spot for a calm, relaxing few days."

"A wonderful rustic retreat after Chiang Mai. The grounds are a riot of orchids and flowering plants with a plunge pool and stargazing platform, The mountain towers one side and it is super quiet. Our room was clean, comfortable and Malee and Kurt werevery hospitable. Kurt guided us on an amazing (and rigorous) hike. "
