"The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other people staying there. The floor upstairs is the ceiling of your room and you hear every step and all the sound echos. The stairs are very loud. Also, there is NO A/C. The room is good and the bathroom is big and clean, but the noise is too much. The host told me to go outside on the terrace to cool off. "Its a nice property located 5 mins walking from Piata Sfatului. You have access to the entire top floor that includes a large bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a balcony. The owner is a nice guy. I had some trouble communicating with him as he spoke little English but my partner speaks Romanian and so it worked out. Location is very central within easy reach of Piata Sfatului, Black Church, Town Hall etc. Room had tea/coffee facilities and proper bath."
