"This is a lovely little boutique hotel between Varenna and Bellano. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and help you navigate the Lake Como transportation options. Walkable to Bellano to catch the ferry. Very comfortable bed and beautiful lake view from the balcony. The bathroom is all glass, which is strange, but with two people it is no issue. Just step on to the balcony to give each other privacy. A really beautiful spot to start our trip, thank you! "

"This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals. There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."

"The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more! The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower. We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available. The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R. We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost). Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available. Holiday of a lifetime! "

"This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay. "

"One of the most elegant hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful architecture and art work with the most amazing views of Lake Como. The pool and surround grounds were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast had made to order plates and t g e buffet items were extensive. Every staff member were very attentive to our needs."
