Evergreen Beach House

Located in one of Inverloch' s sought after leafy beachside streets, this 3 bedroom, light filled, modern home with dual living zones is a 4-minute walk down a treed path to sparkling beaches (both inlet and surf) A gentle stroll along the shared bike path takes you to local cafes and amenities. The nearby small playground provides an extra entertainment option. This home is well suited to accommodating mixed groups of friends or two families with children. The floor plan is designed over two levels. Open plan living and dining on the ground floor connects beautifully with the well equipped kitchen, flowing through to the rear deck and fully fenced backyard offering terrific entertainment options. The upper level reveals another living area, ideal for children to play or for teenagers to have their own private space. Three very spacious bedrooms plus central bathroom make for holiday living without sacrificing the comforts of home. A handy additional outdoor shower is great after a busy day getting sandy and having fun.

There is good off street parking including a double carport to complete the picture of this truly exciting holiday let.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

Great location

Property management were fantastic, there was a mix up with the cleaners but was sorted out immediately. Great location, comfortable stay, would go back again.

great house , lots of space

This property is a great space for one family. Just a small walk to beach without taking the car. Be aware no aircon upstairs , which if you so happen to get above 30 degrees each day can be a bit hard to handle in the afternoons and night. Otherwise a great safe spot.

Walk the Walk

All too often claims regarding 'short walks' to beach and facilities are nonsense. Not this time. Evergreen Beach House is indeed a short walk away from the beach and the shopping strip.

Great spot close to surf beach

We enjoyed our week in this comfortable house. A few issues aside, we found the location fantastic and owners very accomodating (via Alex Scott RE).

Enjoyable stay

Enjoyed our stay. It had the perfect bedding configuration for 7, which is not easy to find. Would have liked doona's to have been covered as these don't come in linen hire packs. Overall a comfortable home to adopt.
