Nice spot
Beautiful beaches. Fridge was mouldy, dishes were dirty and no dish soap. Generally a good experiance though.

Large comfortable and well equipped
Large home. Very clean and well equipped, especially kitchen. Host Greg was responsive and friendly, provided clear instructions. Quiet street, quiet neighbors. We only stayed for a long weekend, would recommended for longer stay without hesitation.

Fantastic place to stay.
We really enjoyed staying at this pet friendly house. Spacious, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. Lovely quiet area where you can still hear the ocean. The only downside to this place was the the master bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, hard as a rock. Could do with a new mattress or even a mattress topper. Otherwise we really loved our time here and would confidently recommend this place to others.

Big, spacious and very clean house
House is amazingly spacious, clean and bed is very comfortable. On saturday we had our kids and grandkids with us all day and we watched the footy together and it didn't feel crowded at all. Property manager was very kind to let us have a late checkout and we have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home🏠

Property is huge (there were just two of us). Heaps of space for families and nice big garden that my little pup enjoyed exploring. Kitchen is well stocked and split heating in the lounge is really powerful and didn’t take long to warm up the room. Neighbours entertaining area was right next to lounge area and they had a loud party the first night of our stay but nobody can control that. Just something to keep in mind if you’re wanting a switch off from noise. Second night was peaceful though. We’d stay again. Great location and close to all amenities and townships for exploring. House is very clean. Greg was extremely responsive and a fab host. Thanks Greg!

A lovely place for a break
The house has everything you need (except WiFi for teenagers). Very clean, good amenities, great location with lots of walks options to go to the beach and the village. The garden is big enough for kids and dog and includes a BBQ. The bonus: the ping pong table for rainy days is great. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed everyday. 15 mn to the surf beach by foot is really appreciated. Thanks.

Ticked all the boxes for our family.
The owner Greg was very responsive to communication and helpful. The house was well set up and clean. Our only suggestion would be to have the second air con in working order to help cool the master bedroom. We would definitely book a stay again.

Great for families and dogs
Property worked well for 3 generations of our family and our 2 dogs. Great facilities - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and neat house. Pool and table tennis tables were a hit with all of us - well maintained. Communication with Greg was excellent from booking to departure- a couple of minor issues were promptly attended to and fixed where possible. Proximity to surf beach is excellent and relaxed and easy walk to both beach and town. Just enough undercover area for dogs in the wet. Secure back yard. There are a few comments in guest book about no wifi or smart TV - did not bother us at all but our adult sons asked when they arrived - and I had not considered this when booking. Would definitely stay here again :)

Spacious and dog friendly
Avoided a potential check in issue after getting in contact with the owner, who was good with their communication. House is very spacious and was clean. We loved the play room for the kids and the pool table room (although the split system in pool room is still not working). Obvious big benefit is the house being dog friendly, and property was just over 10 min walk to the section of beach where dogs are allowed off-leash before 9am and after 6pm during peak period and on leash all other times. A few little things that need to be addressed in the house, but feedback has been given directly to the owner. We also missed having wifi, as our telephone internet didn’t seem to work either (perhaps Telstra issue), which made trying to find which places were open or closed due to covid a little tricky. Only free to air tv stations. Does have DVD players, but remember to bring your own dvds. Great location.

Good place to stay
Great location for what we wanted. Large spacious house and ample garden for the dog to explore. Very comfy beds and the bed linen was good too...not stiff and 'noisy' like some hotel bedding! Communication from Greg was excellent right from the start of the booking. Suggest coffee sachets and tea bags would be a nice addition to the kitchen. And a tea towel too! Also, Wifi would have been handy too. But apart from that, I would definitely recommend the accommodation. Thanks Greg for making our weekend away easy.

Space for everyone including the dog.
We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Not too far to walk to the beach for a swim. Our young Staffy thoroughly enjoyed running around the yard!

A positive experience
The beach was a relatively short walk of 15 min away. However, dogs were not permitted on this beach during Easter. To get to the dog beach it is better to drive to the centre of Inverloch and then walk to the off lead beach east of the boat ramp. The yard is a good size and is completely enclosed. Be careful as an excited jumpy dog can open the latch on the gate and escape. We placed a rubbish bin in front of the gate to fix this problem. There are no dog doors so you need to be ready to let them in and out at night. Otherwise a good stay thank you.

It was a good stay there. If can provide a bit coffee that would be fantastic. The Table Tennis was not set up and no space to assemble it. But it is cleaning and nice environment.

The house was clean and very large, with a great undercover outdoor area and garden. We were very happy with being able to have our golden retrievers stay with us and the house and backyard was perfect for them as we could contain them to either 1 area indoors or out in the backyard while we were gone. The pool tabe was a great hit, although the aircon did not seem to work in that room. Distance to beach and esplanade was good, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay and are very likely to return. Greg was also wonderful to deal with, and was very responsive to all of our queries. Thankyou Greg!

Great location
We’ve stayed at this big beautiful home several times and this year did not disappoint. Plenty of space and activities for the family and our dog to spread out. After a hiccup with a malfunctioning appliance, the owner was quick to rectify so our holiday could continue trouble free. It’s in a lovely quiet estate close to the surf beach.

Perfect Getaway
Property was very well presented and had everything that we needed. The communication from the property owner was prompt and no questions left unanswered. The table tennis and pool table were a welcome addition to the stay. TV wasn't turned on once. Teenagers grumbled about no internet access but only once. House was in the perfect location for an easy walk to the surf beach (but then we may be bias on the location!) Great stay, will keep it in mind for our next visit to Inverloch.

We will be back!
This home has everything you need plus some. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and beautiful surroundings. The home is well equipped with all your needs as well as things to entertain you. Enjoyed a game of scrabble and lots of table tennis 🏓. Perfect for a family with lots of space and our fur baby loved the back yard. We have booked a return visit next year and will be staying longer weekend with some family members. Inverloch and surrounds are stunning
The house has everything you could possibly want to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Even though it is spacious and it was winter the house was comfortably warm with the reverse cycle heating. All in all we had a wonderful stay.
