Welcome to your perfect mountain oasis at Lake Windermere Pointe! 🏔
Located in the heart of Invermere, this spacious 2 bedroom + den, and 2 bath is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to be your next vacation spot.
Steps away from James Chabot Provincial Park, you can enjoy the beach, playground, walking paths, and of course skating in the winter. Located right across the street is a free shuttle bus to Panorama Ski Hill.

This condo comes equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. Guests will have everything they need to make this vacation rental feel like home.
Unlimited highspeed Wi-Fi is included. Sign in to your favourite streaming services via the TV's online access and binge at your leisure. Please note there is no cable package with the TV.

Kitchen/Dining Area:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances. This includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans and baking sheets along with all cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishware.
The dining room can accommodate seating for six. Additionally, there is seating for four at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for those grab and go mornings or to accommodate additional friends and family if you are hosting company.
Living Area:
The living room is furnished with two sofas and a chair and a flat screen TV with streaming availability. Please note there is no cable package with the TV.
Patio:
The large private balcony is furnished with a full patio set and propane BBQ. Enjoy this outdoor extension of your living space while grilling your favourites on the warm Invermere evenings.
Master Bedroom and Ensuite:
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size mattress with all pillows, linens and a duvet. A walk-thru closet with hangers and shelving leads to the full 4-piece ensuite.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the unit and has a queen bed and all pillows, linens and duvet. The closet with hangers and shelving is also available for your use during your stay.
Guest Bathroom:
The guest bathroom is a full, 4-piece bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
Laundry:
A washer and dryer are located off the front entry complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your stay.
Parking:
One heated, secured underground parking stall just steps away from the elevator is included with your reservation with access to be communicated prior to check in. There is also limited outdoor guest parking located on the property and free street parking adjacent to the property.
Pool, Hot tub, and Gym:
Guests will have access to the outdoor amenities on the property. Lake Windermere Pointe offers a seasonal pool and hot tub (no lifeguard on duty). Year round, an exercise facility and an additional hot tub is available for guests.
Guest access An access code to the condo will be provided within 48 hours of your arrival. (and I am happy to accommodate for international travelers who may require it earlier due to lack of internet access). Your code will be valid for the duration of your stay from check in time through to 11am on the day you check out.
I am happy to try and accommodate to your travel plans for early arrivals and late departures (when no other guests are booked prior to your arrival or after your departure).
Guests will have additional access to the gym facilities and a pool and hot tub from 10am – 10pm daily. The pool and hot tub are seasonal and are in operation from May – September (dependent on weather). A second hot tub is operational year-round. Entrance to these facilities is via the access card provided and guests must adhere to all rules of use.
Guest access to the parkade will be available upon check in as the garage opener is located inside the unit.
Please note the garage opener and access cards need to be left in the unit upon checking out. If lost or removed, replacement of any of these items is at a cost $100 each.

Great place to stay with the family for a ski holiday. Close to pano and has a kitchen with all that you could need to fuel up after hitting the slopes. The beds were a bit on the firm side, but where the room is, the building blocked most of the train noise so we slept pretty good!
A short walk to everything, boat rentals, sushi, fast food, grocery stores, liquor stores and amenities for the family right in sight should you need.

We were there for a golf getaway. The location was fabulous. The condo was clean, well kepted, spacious and comfortable. Great living room! We would definitely stay there again. Great communication with regard to check in and check out. Also there was a car show in town so we very much appreciated the underground parking!

One thing I didn't like was that we couldn't use any of the pools, including the hot tub. They were in maintenance because it's April, the place was still getting ready for summer.
It was a great space for a family of 4 from Australia staying for a few weeks to ski at Panorama. Candace was very responsive when we first arrived and the code to get in was not working. The cozy apartment was well equipped with kitchen items to cook large meals, enough number of towels for a long stay, and there is laundry detergent for washing, which was all greatly appreciated! Candace is a great communicator and made it easy when we had questions. Would be be happy to stay here again.
We had an amazing stay, everything was perfect. Lots of comfy furniture and everything was clean and aesthetically beautiful. The underground parking was great.
There was a strong fire smell in the building/hallways and there were large floor fans blowing constantly. This did not affect the unit itself. It was quiet and smelled great in the actual unit.
Overall we would definitely recommend this place. The host was also fantastic with communication and it had everything you could need.
Very nice property well equipped common areas in building were a bit dirty and the elevator wasn’t working the last day we were there but the actual condo itself is clean and well stocked and well maintained
3 burnt out moms needed a get away and this little treasure fit the bill. Well stocked, minus a blender. There is a Keurig, stove top espresso maker and a drip coffee maker which made these mommas very happy. Excellent sound proofing, did not hear each other snoring. Decor is suited our absolutely love it but my kids will wreak it so I can't have it in my home fancies. The master suite had the soaker tub perfect for relaxing bubble baths.
The common areas of the property--the entrance and hallways--are pretty rundown. Dirty carpets, marked walls, distinct lack of maintenance, with our nearest fire exit sign missing the back cover. The unit itself is nice, though, clean and well-maintained. The owner is readily available by phone to answer your requests.
Property is as listed - was clean and well equipped. Very spacious. Neighbouring unit however was having a karaoke party late at night and had to ask them to keep the noise down. Beds had plastic coverings which was a bit unpleasant and beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. Bathtub also was not draining properly which led to water accumulation during shower. Kitchen was well equipped but we could not find a kettle.
We pulled in late in the evening and found the lighting on the exterior of the building to be very poor. We couldn't see the name of the building or the "block" number. We had to walk right up to the building to see it. There was exterior lighting but none shining on the name or block number. This is more an issue for the condo property manager than the rental unit. We would suggest mentioning it's the middle building in the complex.
However, once we sorted that all out, the unit was clean and exceptionally well stocked. It was nice to have more than just the basics as far as dishes etc. but nice touches like Keurig pods, oil, vinegar, a few spices, tin foil, saran wrap etc. I found this way better than other rentals we have stayed in. Nicely decorated and welcoming. We found it quiet.
We thought the check out was too early.
Otherwise, no real complaints about the unit itself. All in all we were happy and would recommend this unit if you needed something a little bigger.

Condo was great. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy and responsive. The condo fit 4 of us comfortably and we had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean as expected.
