Escape to a peaceful, stylishly renovated studio guesthouse set on a quiet acreage block, just a 5-minute drive from Yeppoon’s main street, cafes, beaches and shops. This brand-new, detached studio offers privacy, comfort and thoughtful design throughout.

Perfect for couples, small families or friends, the space features a luxurious king bed plus a queen sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and separate toilet, along with air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi for year-round comfort and convenience.

Pet-friendly by design: small to medium pets under 15kg are welcome indoors (no furniture or beds, please — pets must bring their own bedding). Guests are responsible for letting pets in and out, as there is no doggy door. Larger dogs are not permitted inside but are well catered for with a secure fenced enclosure at the rear of the property, complete with a dog house.

Plenty of room to park your car/s, boat, trailer, caravan. The owner does live on site however in a completely detached seperate house on the block.

Surrounded by open space and tranquillity, this guesthouse offers the perfect balance of country calm and coastal convenience — ideal for guests seeking a stylish, serene stay where pets are genuinely welcome.
