From the clean hotel room to the delicious breakfast buffet, our time there was fantastic. The staff there are extremely accommodating and we appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely book again!

Nice stay

Very friendly and welcoming staff, also welcoming to our dogs. We were very grateful that we could bring our two dogs. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Nice wellness space with Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infrared cabin and relaxing room. Good central location. Clean room, nice bath.

An der Rezeption findet man die vom Haus gewohnte Klarheit in der Ansprache vor. Unser Zimmer war mit einem sehr guten Blick auf das Bergpanorama im zweiten OG. Es war sehr gut. Einzig das von uns nicht bestellte Beistellbett hat etwas gestört.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist vielfältig, die Lage ist Top, gleich gegenüber ist das Schwimmbad und ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz, auch ist es nicht weit bis in den Ortskern, wir waren leider nur für 1 Nacht, würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen

Rigtig dejligt hotel, ligger skønt med både natur og tæt på centrum. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet. Personalet i restauranten er dog ikke så smilende og imødekommende som resten af hotellet. Men klart en stor anbefaling herfra.

Im Restaurant sehr viele Spinnweben, das Personal spricht leider sehr schlechtes deutsch. Das Essen hat uns nicht geschmeckt - hatte Kantinenflair. Die Umgebung ist malerisch schön und ruhig. Der Ausblick ist toll! Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Balkon ist mit Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet. Fraglich ist für uns, wie das Hotel 4 Sterne ergattern konnte.

Insgesamt ok

Das Hotel ist älter aber noch ok. Parkplätze sind ausreichend da. Die Hotelangestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam vor allem im Restaurantteil. Man sollte etwas in das Gebäude investieren und renovieren. Es ist wie so oft immer noch Teppichboden in den Zimmern. Und die sind nun mal nicht hygienisch. Jedoch waren sie nicht fleckig und so gut wie möglich gepflegt. Als standort um ausflüge zu machen ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Königsee, salzburg, chiemsee, Rosenheim. Alles zeitlich gut zu erreichen. Bergblick hat man auch. Also insgesamt war es in Ordnung.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war täglich frisch, sehr lecker und vielfältig. Auch mit unserem Hund hatten wir eine durchweg positive Erfahrung gemacht, auch wenn leider, aber aus verständlichen Gründen, Hunde im Restaurantbereich nicht erlaubt sind. Die Zimmer waren etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet, dafür aber sehr sauber. Das Personal war steht’s freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt kann man das Wiesgauer sehr empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hätte nicht gebucht!

Zimmer und Frühstück waren ok. Hauptgrund für die Buchung war der "Full-Service Spa Bereich", und mir ein Spa Bereich sehr wichtig war für den Aufenthalt. Nach Einchecken, wollte ich den Spa Bereich nutzen und mich von der langen Anreise (USA) etwas entspannen und musste feststellen, dass der Spa Bereich gespeert war. Ich bekam die information von der Rezeption, ich könne die Sauna im 150m entfernten Hotel benützen. Da ich jeden Tag 8-10 Stunden Klassen gebe, und nach getaner Arbeit mich nicht ständig komplett anziehen möchte, das Hotel verlassen muss, durch das Dorf zu laufen und nach der Sauna das gleiche wieder um zurück in das Hotel zu kommen, beschwerte ich mich an der Rezeption. Reaktion war nur ein Schulterzucken. Dann habe ich eine Email geschrieben, als Antwort kam wieder nur die Auskunft, Ich könnte die Sauna im anderen Hotel benutzen inklusive der Bitte mich am nächsten Tag and der Rezeption zu melden. Keine Entschuldigung für die Unanehmlichkeiten noch sonst irgendwas. Nächter Tag zur Rezeption, wo eine neue Dame war, die von der ganzen Angelegenheit nichts wusste. Ich erklärte, dass ich das ganze nicht akzektabel finde, dass ich vorab keine Inforamtion über den gespeerten Spa Bereich bekommen habe. Leider, hat die Situation den Aufenthalt ziemlich ruiniert, da ich mich jeden Tag über die Situation ärgern musste in die Sauna des benachbarten Hotels zu kommen, die im übrigens viel zu klein war (3 Personen Sauna) um Gäste aus 2 Hotels zu beherbergen.

Ruhige Lage und schön renoviertes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind super schön renoviert, allerdings richt es im Badezimmer leider extrem penetrant aus dem Spülkasten/ Abfluss. Die Zimmer wurden zwar gereinigt, allerdings sollte man öfter eine Grundreinigung durchführen ( Stockflecken in der Dusche, dreckiger Badheizkörper, schmutz an den Türen). Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr professionell. Die Drinks an der Bar sind zwar sehr hochpreisig, allerdings sehr gut gemischt. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, hier wird von allem eine große Auswahl angeboten. Direkt neben dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz, gibt es einen großen öffentlichen und kostenlosen Parkplatz.

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig für Ausflüge nach Salzburg und in die umgebenden Berge. Leider fand ich ich unser Comfort-Doppelzimmer nicht sehr komfortabel, besonders das Badezimmer war so eng, dass ich mir am ersten Morgen den Rücken verrenkt habe und mich für den Rest des Urlaubs mit Schmerzen plagen musste. Die Toilette ist zwischen Waschbecken und Wand und man muss aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Ellenbogen an der WC-Papier-Halterung, auf der einen Seite, oder dem Waschtisch auf der anderen Seite stößt. Außerdem dem sollte man geräuschempfindlich sein, da jede Nacht, zwischen 23 und 0Uhr irgendwo Möbel gerückt wurden, was im sonst ruhigen Hotel sehr gut zu hören war. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend, sowohl was die Speisenauswahl, als auch deren Qualität betrifft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell und perfekt organisiert. Wenn wir nochmals in diesem Hotel buchen sollten, dann aber nur ein größeres Zimmer und mindestens im 2. Stock, da die nächtlichen Geräusche vermutlich aus dem Restaurantbereich kamen.
