The scent of Swiss stone pine and Alpine charm meet modern amenities: Our lovingly furnished “Zirbenplatzerl” is centrally located (200 metres from the town centre), yet in a quiet setting, and offers the perfect starting point for your time in the mountains—summer or winter.
To get your day off to a great start, you’ll find a fully automatic coffee machine and a toaster, among other amenities. Put on your hiking boots and off you go! The immediate surroundings offer countless hiking trails and mountain bike trails, including stops at cosy alpine huts. Head into the big city—Munich is just over an hour away, and Salzburg is only about 30 minutes away. Berchtesgaden, with the Obersalzberg and the salt mine, also promises unique experiences and lasting memories—and is just a 45-minute drive away. You can reach Lake Chiemsee, with its swimming beaches and waterfront restaurants, in 30 minutes. For a day of wellness and water, Inzell offers a lovely swimming pool, a small but nice sauna, and—in the summer—a natural swimming lake. For dinner, the local restaurants should have something to suit every taste. Alternatively, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop and an air fryer. Now nothing stands in the way of a cosy end to the day on the terrace or on the couch with a cosy blanket. Starting in October, winter sports fans will also get their money’s worth: The Max-Aicher Arena and the Chiemgau Arena host numerous ice hockey games, ice speedway events, biathlon races, and speed skating competitions. If you’d like to get active yourself, the Inzeller Valley offers over 80 km of groomed cross-country trails for plenty of cross-country skiing adventures, and several large ski resorts for alpine skiing fun are just an hour’s drive away. The sofa bed is well-suited for a child. The apartment, including the terrace, is wheelchair-accessible and located on the ground floor. However, there is one step to navigate right outside the front door. A washing machine and a dryer (4 EUR per wash/dry cycle) are available in the common areas in the basement. You can also use a lockable bike storage room and an underground parking space. Additional parking spaces for general use are also available. We provide towels and bed linens.
