Beautiful hotel, ideally situated, and the staff was absolutely incredible. The room could have been cleaner though, especially the sheets and towels that were not so fresh and occasionally dirty or stained.

The place was outstanding. We stayed in the Hideout section of the facility, which gave us complete privacy and our own private pool. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave our suite, it was that relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While we were there, a rare dusty rain turned everything orange, but the staff quickly cleaned up and restored everything back to normal, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the food. We had dinner in our room on two nights, one time the chicken nuggets were burnt, and another time the hamburger was undercooked. There was also a mix up with our order once. However, the staff made up for it with a kind gesture: they offered us two complimentary breakfasts and one dinner. And I have to say, the in room breakfast was excellent. Overall, we give there 5 stars and looking forward to go there again.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite at Hideout and it was the best experience. The terrace and pool had incredible views of the beach below and felt very private, the suite itself was really spacious with a separate living and kitchen space, and the food was great. The staff and reception were also incredibly helpful with any requests or recommendations. Really recommend staying here!

I will definitely be coming back to the property. The staff was amazing very professional and helpful with our luggage and information how to ge around. After hours of research this property has turned out to be the most value for money option you can find on the whole island. The amazing service , location , quality of food , I can’t find a single thing to complain. Honestly, don’t spend a second to look any further, this is by far the best option for the island of Ios.

What an incredible experience! If you are thinking about it, do it! We got the suite with the private pool and it was literally heaven! I don’t have a single thing to complain about. It was better than the photos. The service was amazing. Breakfast was incredible! We had the privacy we wanted. Clean facility/room. Comfortable beds. We rented an ATV and getting to/from the beach was easy. Can you tell we loved it ?? We plan to be back. Thank you for giving us such a great time!

Le suite con piscina privata sono spaziose sia all'interno che all'esterno; la terrazza tra camera e piscina è molto ampia e vivibile con lettini, tavolo e divano (le foto non rendono l'idea). Vista notevole e discrete, lontano dagli occhi delle suites vicine (il nome hide è perfettamente calzante). Ottime le colazioni e i pranzi, le cene non ho abbiamo avuto modo di provarle. Staff cortese e preciso.

A must stay at Ios

Amazing hotel, highly recommend to anyone staying in Ios. Great location, couple of minutes walk to the beach & a less than 5 mins taxi to main town. The hotel went over & beyond their customer service, and anything we wanted wasn’t an issue Suites were new, clean and the views amazing
