Overall it is a good stay if you lookinh for a spacious room and time of rest at night. You will need to look for your own parking and pay accordingly to the local council rate.

Staff are courteous and overall the stay was good. Location - could be caught in a jam during peak office travelling hours as it’s along the main road leading to many housing estates. We asked for 2 key cards but the hotel says they only give one. It’s quite inconvenient for a family stay as each family member may have his/her own itinerary. Hope the hotel can look into this. Thank you.

Issues with sound proofing and poor ventilation
It is non window room. Stuffy when aircoditioner is off. I off air-cond bcos it is blowing snd facing the bed so it was really cold.It is remote and parking is on public parking. Also sound proofing problems, I can hear others closing and opening room doors. Can also hear what they are talking about.

Dear Guest, Good Day, we Thank You for choosing to stay with us & to reply your remark; 1st, our standard room was designed without window as we have listed the specification on the page. 2nd, it will be stuffy in any room if the A/Cond. is "off ". there are a remote control to adjust the flow & the temperature to suit your preferences. 3rd, it is parking lots with security surveillance from 9pm to 7am. 4th, the partition between rooms are solid concrete walls, we can always high-light to your neighbour rooms to considerate, if you have brought up to our attention.

Great hotel close to Ipoh
Nice hotel with very friendly staff, and ample parking. Has all the basic essentials and great value for money! Check out the dim sum restaurant on the ground floor!

The staff are great. The location isn’t in central Ipoh but the price is great. The carpets in the hallways desperately need steam cleaning. It does detract from the overall ambience and it could be so easily fixed. We stayed 2 nights. Make sure you stay on a Wednesday if you want to enjoy the Night Market located across the road from the hotel. Rooms are good size, modern and importantly clean. To get around , use GRAB . It’s great. WiFi is good . Would like teabags in room.

Nice hotel with a very comfortable environment
I booked for a standard room , the room have a wide space and cleanliness in the room and toilet is great! besides, the room is equip TV with Astro channels, we were satisfied on the room facility , size and cleanliness, and parking space in available outside hotel in public area , and staff vry friendly and nice , the staff intercom us when there i parking space in front of hotel and help us notice our car. The hotel do have lift for customer , this is vry convenient for eldest. We spend little but get such satisfied service. Just one thing need to be improve , the room is quite poor on sound insulation. When midnight other guest come back and talk outside the room , we can hear clearly their conversation in room and this is quite annoy.
