"Sistema all inclusive muito bom. Suporte de manutenção muito ruim. Fiquei hospedado de quarta a domingo. Abri chamado na recepção na quarta, quinta, sexta e sábado para desentupir a pia do banheiro, algo muito simples. A resposta era sempre a mesma: vamos comunicar agora à manutenção. Até a minha saída no domingo, nenhuma providência foi tomada!!!"

"This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children.
