Lovely friendly hotel in a great location.

The staff here were amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received in Chile. I’ve been in Chile 2 years and service in most places is shocking! Here nothing was too much trouble. A friendly welcome and a lovely clean room overlooking the beach. The property is in a good location, lots of restaurants and small bars nearby and also an easy walk to the “mall” if you want more commercial places to eat and right on the big beach of Arica. Breakfast was included - good quality but basic. Fruit bowl, yogurt and a choice of scrambled eggs or a toastie. We also spent a few nights at the big 5 star Antay hotel in Arica and this place was so much better!

Relación precio/calidad no se refleja para nada, la limpieza del baño se notaba demasiado que era solo por encima y en las noches había un olor a desagüe, piezas pequeñas y sin escritorio. Recomiendo llevar tapones para los oídos ya que entre los ruidos de los autos, tren, locales cercanos y los mismos pasajeros que cierran la puerta fuerte es imposible conciliar el sueño. Desayuno bastante simple y solo con dos opciones para acompañar el pan. Se agradece la buena atención y disposición de los trabajadores.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and everything seemed to be new. Nice courtyard for eating breakfast and relax. View over the beach and, at a distance the sea, from the room. A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. Walking distance to the town. Good value for money. It would be an excellent place to stay, if they could stop the VERY LOUD music at night until 4 am, from the tivoli/nightclub some hundred meters from the hotel. I woke up despite earplugs and had to add the pillow over my ear to go to sleep again (some other persons cause this problem for a nice hotel).

BUENO PERO LE FALTA UN POCO

El hotel es acogedor, muy limpio; desayuno rico. Sin embargo tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente (el primer día salió tibia y el segundo helada porque se había acabado el gas). Falta un citófono que conecte a recepción porque hay que bajar para cualquier solicitud (en mi caso el tema del agua caliente en la ducha) Asimismo y no menor es el entorno, al frente y al costado sitios eriazos.

Nytt och fräscht med hög ljudvolym

Två nätter på detta nya fräscha hotell. Fruķost ok, litet rum. Fin utsikt mot havet. MEN hög ljudvolym från angränsande tivoli, och dunkande musik till efter midnatt. Skulle int välja detta hotell igen.
