Terrible

We were not happy with this booking at all. The front desk clerk was rude and uncooperative. To make matters worse, the hotel did not charge us the rate that we had booked on hotels.com and we ended up paying more. The next morning after we checked in the hotel staff attempted to say why the clerk was so difficult but never did apologize and did not address overcharging us. I would strongly recommend that you book elsewhere.
