The problem I have with this hotel is that they charged my card an extra $115.29. It has taken me several phone calls, never being allowed to talk with a manager, one person telling me they see the problem and it will be fixed within 72 hours, to another person telling me they don't have that charge on their end, to another staff telling me because it was a 3rd party (Expedia) it was an easy fix, and would be cleared up 24 hours.
I'm waiting......
