"Amazing stay! Very nice place with everything you need! Great for paddle boarding, fishing or other non motorized lake activities. Was perfect for our family and two kids. Can walk to the grocery store and the town as well. We hope to be back in the future."

"Our trip was a bit of a whirlwind. I can’t say enough about how accommodating, responsive and thoughtful Rebecca was during the entire process. We came across Rebecca’s charming house in our search to spend some time in Osoyoos this year. It was our last vacation before our second baby so we wanted it to be special. From the moment we arrived, we had such a great feeling. Easy entry, welcome goodies, clear instructions, clean and presentable. Just loved it. The house was better than described. Such character, beautiful architecture and stocked with everything (I mean everything) you could think of. The house was so well suited and prepped for our 3 yr old boy with toys, books, colouring , outdoor activities, baby pool (essential for hot summer days) and so much more. The house was tailored for a family experience which was surprising and took so much stress out of our stay. Right on the river just south of Osoyoos Lake, with beautiful views of the hills. Oh and private dock!Unfortunately, with our arrival came horrendous forest fires north and south of our location. The smoke steadily got worse as fires creeped in closer with southern evacuations started increasing. It was a bit stressful and being 8 months pregnant my husband and I decided we didn’t want to take the risk and decided to leave. Rebecca was so accommodating and understanding through the entire thing. I can’t rave enough about this property and Rebecca. We’ll be back next year for sure!"

"We had an amazing stay! This house is truly set up for families. The private pool was immaculate and the game room was a huge hit — we spent every evening in there. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the location is ideal, just minutes to Lake Osoyoos for swimming and boating during the day. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in/out was a breeze. We left already talking about rebooking next summer. Highly recommend!"

"THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME!! Couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect - the home was lovely, clean, well appointed, and clearly a labor of love. Our family loved the week we spent there! PLENTY of clean bathrooms and an enormous kitchen to gather in. (Other than having a giant pontoon boat that appeared to belong to no one staying at the property tied to the dock for the entire stay, I can’t think of anything even close to a complaint.) The lake was so low that dock fishing wasn’t much fun but the kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and canoes offered deeper water options if anyone wanted (which no one did). Great weather, only a little bit of wildfire concern, and one breath-taking thunderstorm all combined for a week that we’ll never forget! We’ll be coming back for another slice of heaven next year!!"

"I don't really do the VRBO or AirBNB thing, but Livingston Lodge absolutely has made me rethink my views. The photos and description didn't do the view or level of comfort justice. I was in town for a big family wedding, but I am definitely going to return for a vacation. It was selected for it's convenience and it became a preferred destination. If you need quiet comfort in a stunning rustic setting, this is THEE place."
