The property had cleaning staff quit last minute on a holiday weekend resulting in an almost 5 hour delay in getting into the property. Because they were rushed, the property, specifically couches were not vacuumed and had crumbs, balloons, and half filled water bottle stuck in the cushions as well as pet hair. The air wasn’t turned on until we arrived which made the first night very uncomfortable. Says sleeps 10 but one pullout was broken and the other very uncomfortable.
