ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail acces with trailer parking. recreational lots for setting up tent and picnic areas, with big fire pit. Plenty of room outside for pet to run and stretch out. use caution for steep steps when stepping in and out of house , stairs for going to upstairs bedrooms. If you have complications with steps and stairs you may want to consider somthing else.

While we did appreciate the window air-conditioning unit downstairs all three bedrooms upstairs got very hot at night, but there was a fan in each bedroom so that did help alittle!!
