Independent single-storey house, built in 2024 on the heights of the Menta district in the heart of the vineyards, between the villages of Irouléguy and Anhaux. The cottage consists of: - a large day room of 50m2 with lounge area, living room and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - 4 bedrooms (3 160 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds) - 2 bathrooms - 2 independent toilets - a pantry with washing machine and dryer Beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen included. Internet connection with 4G box. Reversible heating air conditioning included. Terrace with garden furniture and plancha facing the forest. Car park. Ideally located in the heart of the Basque country, our cottage will allow you to be as close as possible to the activities and remarkable places of the hinterland while being only 45 minutes from the Basque coast and its magnificent beaches. Not to be missed in particular is the visit to St Jean-Pied-de-Port, 7km away, a historic village, rich in its heritage and cultural past located on the roads to Santiago de Compostela. The Spanish border and its ventas 14km away. Numerous hiking trails for all levels will allow you to make excursions in preserved landscapes and reach exceptional panoramas. And for the more sporty, the region has no shortage of activities: rafting, horseback riding, paragliding, surfing, etc. A beautiful independent house in the heart of the Irouléguy vineyard
