"The rooms are exactly as pictured. It is a quaint spot. If you are visiting in colder temperatures below (12 C), it is not heated (or we couldn’t find a heater). The window was left open when we arrived (8 C), so it was very cold which made it difficult to enjoy the spot and to get a good nights sleep. "

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
